That is the whole pricing story. Standalone agent service opens at $99 plus state fees. Renewal is $199.

Year two costs double year one. So evaluate the offer at $199, because $199 is the subscription and $99 is the doorway. And you will be renewing: New Hampshire wants a live agent on your file for every year the company exists, not just the first.

Ten years of that is $99 once plus $199 nine times, which comes to $1,890. Ten years here is $990.

A caveat before anyone reads a superlative into that. BetterLegal says $90 and we believe them, so the lowest sticker in New Hampshire is not ours. $99 is in the low group, and it is the only number you will ever get from us.

New Hampshire Runs on One Date

Something to appreciate about this state: nobody gets a personal due date.

The annual report window opens January 1 and closes April 1, for every LLC on the register, in the same two calendar squares, at the same $100. RSA 304-C:194 sets it. Your formation date does not buy you a different deadline, and it does not move.

That is exactly the property we want in a price. One figure, unchanged, that you never have to look up again. New Hampshire does it with a deadline. We do it with a rate. ZenBusiness does it with neither, because the second invoice is not the first invoice.

Getting ZenBusiness Off Your New Hampshire Listing

Short version: one form, one small fee, one filing office.

The form is Form 10, a one-sheet statement for a new registered office or a new agent. New Hampshire's Corporation Division handles it. Price: $15, or $17 if you pay through the state's online channel, which adds a $2 handling charge on top of the fee itself. Your new agent has to live in New Hampshire or be an in-state entity the statute permits, with an office at the address you are listing, and that address has to be a genuine New Hampshire location. Out-of-state addresses get filings rejected outright.
